Online Forms
When you engage in certain activities at our site, you may be required to fill out and submit an online form. Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name, e-mail, and postal address). Demographic information collected may be used for statistical analysis, but contact information will not be used in this analysis. Children
We require written parental consent for high school students or in the case of post secondary students, written consent by the student before any personal information is given out on any website. There may be circumstances where high school students may want to apply for a job on AMS. It is recommended that parents participate in their child's experience with AMS. We do recommend to any parents that are concerned about their children's use of the Internet to look into Web filtering technology.

Information Collected
Applicants are required to register by creating a User Name and Password to access the applicant components of the website. The applicant section provides access to a template for filling out an application and the ability to provide information. The applicant sections are free to the registrant and the area is password protected.

Use of Information
Applicant information completed by Applicant is accessible to TSTC. Information created by Applicants cannot be edited, except by the registered User. Confidentiality of the Password used for access is essential.

The information provided by the Applicant is not shared with outside parties except in relation to job openings, in accordance with all applicable college policies, state laws and relevant state statutes and appropriate Federal laws and guidelines. E-mail addresses provided by the Applicant are used as the principal method of contact and communication with TSTC and the Applicant and are not shared except in connection with job availability.

Data collected is kept confidential. Data maybe used for statistical analysis, but any personal information is not used for this analysis.

Updating Your Personal Information
The Applicants provide and maintain all of the information that is recorded in the database. If data requires editing it is the responsibility of the User to make the corrections and the Users are solely responsible for the content provided. Confidentiality and protection of User Names and Passwords are keys to protection of privacy. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
